Moroccan Spiced Goat Cheese

Moroccan Spiced Goat Cheese

1 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 (4- to 6-ounce) log fresh goat cheese , crotin or pyramid  Crostini or crackers

Combine pepper, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, nutmeg, cardamom and cloves on a large plate. Roll goat cheese in mixed spices until completely covered.

Transfer to a serving plate with crackers or crostini.
